Hitscan-ish Chaingunners
Doubles the speed at which the chaingunner’s bullet volley flies at you. Making them more like their hitscan counterparts from old DOOM games. I made this change because they seem pretty underwhelming in their current state, and their unbreakable shield is the bigger threat, as opposed to their gun.
